FFA boosters host second annual dinner, dance, auction April 16

Boosters of the Yosemite High School Future Farmers of America have been preparing for their second annual dinner/dance/auction on Saturday, April 16.

Doors of the Oakhurst Community Center will open at 5:30 p.m. and a tri-tip dinner will be served at 7.

There is a donation of $25 per person, per ticket, but the second tickets will cost $15 — two drinks with ticket. Auction and raffle will be held. The live music will include country, oldies and rock ‘n’ roll.

The goal of members is to be able to provide scholarships to graduating students.

The FFA is the largest student organization in the nation.
Its mission is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young people by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
