Post-grad planning night set Oct. 6

The annual Post-graduate Planning Night — “Where am I Going? How will I get there?” — given by the Yosemite High School Counseling Department, will take place at 7 p.m. in the YHS Cafeteria on Wednesday, Oct. 6.

All parents of freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors may attend, as the purpose of the evening is to educate students and parents about the alternatives available to them after high school. Following a brief introduction there will be three workshops from which to choose to attend. There will be several workshops to choose from for all age students and their parents. Representatives from the University of California and California State University systems will be there, along with those from vocational schools, junior colleges, military and financial aid specialists.
