Yosemite High School changes interview date for Coarsegold representative

Interviews for the new Coarsegold representative on the Yosemite Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees have been changed to August 7. The board meeting starts at 6:15 p.m. in the Board Room at Yosemite High School. The interview date had originally been set for August 21 but that date does not meet the 60-day deadline from the date of the resignation of the trustee being replaced.

Residents of Coarsegold have until August 4 to submit a letter of interest and a resume to Joanne Pitts, 50200 Road 427, Oakhurst. Those who are seeking the Coarsegold seat will be interviewed in open session and the appointment will be made in open session. The appointment will be a replacement for David Hartesveldt who resigned from the board in June when he moved out of the district.
