Childbirth class offered by YHS Adult Ed

Yosemite Adult Education will offer a course in Prepared Childbirth Education from Monday [November 5] through December 3, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Evergreen High School; cost is $55 per couple.

This five-week class includes physical and emotional preparation for birth, including comfort measures, breathing and relaxation. Newborn care, breast-feeding and Cesarean birth are also covered.

Review couples are welcome. Students are to wear comfortable clothing and take two pillows and a blanket.
